Shipping Policy

At Mountains & Meadows, we aim to make your shopping experience as simple as possible. Our shipping methods and policies are designed to ensure your order arrives quickly and efficiently.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. Once your order is dispatched, we cannot alter the address, and you will be responsible for repurchasing the item and shipping if you choose to reorder.

We strive to ship your goods within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. As a small business, occasional delays may occur. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays and are closed on Mondays. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays will be shipped early the following week.

Throughout the year, we will periodically offer FREE Shipping promotions. Please check our website announcements and social media pages for updates.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier used. Mountains & Meadows reserves the right to switch to a faster shipping method or courier to ensure timely delivery. We aim to provide fair shipping costs, and if we find a cheaper option, we will refund you the difference.

Once your items have been dropped off at the postal service, Mountains & Meadows is no longer liable for their condition. If a product arrives damaged or is lost, it is your responsibility to contact Canada Post or the shipping agent for resolution. We will provide all necessary information to assist with your claim, but no refunds or replacements will be issued for products missing or damaged in transit.

***Please be aware that once your parcel is handed over to the courier, Mountains & Meadows is no longer responsible for any delays, damage, or loss that may occur during transit. We cannot control or predict hold-ups caused by strikes, weather, or any other disruptions that may affect the shipping courier we use. In the event of a strike or other service disruption, Mountains & Meadows is not liable for any delays or non-delivery, and we will not issue refunds, replacements, or credits for items affected by these delays.****

Please be aware that Mountains & Meadows has no control over any customs or import duties that may be levied when your package reaches its destination, and you will be liable for these charges.

For most countries, we can provide tracking numbers upon checkout or upon request. However, there are certain countries for which we cannot provide tracking.

Please note that large or heavy items will be classified as oversized shipping. Any items that fall under this category are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

Canada Post and UPS are available courier options in Canada, depending on your location. Please pay attention to the delivery dates and the details of the shipping option you select. If you choose a shipping method that does not include tracking or insurance, Mountains & Meadows will not be liable, and neither we nor the shipping courier will cover lost or damaged packages. As the customer, it is your responsibility to select a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance if you desire these services.

 

SHIPPING TO USA

  • Small Packet USA  Air - is a cost efficient selection for shipping items. Please note that it does not include tracking, and delivery times may be longer than other shipping methods.
