Shipping Policy
* SHIPPING NOTES *
We want to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your product is dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate for us to resend.
Please note that we endeavour to ship your goods within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Due to high volume ordering and our Northern location shipping times can vary. We do not ship on weekends or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday will go out early the following week.
Throughout the year we will periodically offer FREE Shipping. Please check the website announcements and social media pages for announcements of when we may offer a FREE Shipping promo.
Once your items have been dropped off at the postal service Mountains & Meadows is no longer liable. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liaise with Canada Post or the shipping agent responsible. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
- All orders within Canada are sent via tracked shipping. Expedited parcel.
- For Canada, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery on stocked items.
- Canada Post Express shipping is also available with live rates at check out.
- If you request a lower shipping rate via letter mail and mountains and meadows is able to ship via lettermail. You the customer accepts there is no tracking and that no liability of mountains and meadows is placed if your package is lost or damaged during transit, it becomes the customers liability.
SHIPPING TO USA
- Tracked Packet USA - Is for items shipped to the U.S. with a traceable tracked delivery number. This selection typically takes 4-7 business days. *import fees are covered by customer and mountains and meadows is not liable for any import costs or fees associated with the border*

Shipping costs to countries outside of Canada vary greatly depending on the shipment destination and the weight of the parcel. Please proceed to checkout to see the shipping cost relevant to you.

For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery on stocked items. Certain destinations may take longer.
For most countries we can provide tracking numbers upon purchasing at checkout or upon request. But there are certain countries that we are not able to receive tracking numbers for.

Please note Mountains and Meadows has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination, for which you will be liable for.
