- If you have purchased your item within 30 days, we are happy to provide an exchange for change of mind or wrong sizing, original tags must be on the product and the product must be in Original condition. Original condition means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable) is unwashed and shows no wear/tear and must have original receipt or gift receipt for proof of purchase

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchased date (for in-store customers) or within 30 days of received date for online orders. (Received date means the date the item was marked as "delivered" to the shipping address you provided. All returns must be post marked within the 30 days of your received/delivered date (for Canadian customers). US, and International Orders, The 30 days will start on date of shipped by seller (Mountains and Meadows co).
- We can only guarantee the return of new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition. Original condition means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Washed diapers, wet bags, and all cloth inserts are not eligible for a refund due to the nature of diapering items.
- Underwear/Boxers are not eligible for refund due to the nature of sanitary items
- Swimwear are not eligible for refund due to the nature of sanitary items.
- Weekender Bags & Fawn Backpacks must include Dust Bag in order to receive full refund.
- Weekender Bags & Fawn Backpacks must be mailed in a package that fits the full bag and not be folded in half.
- Weekender Bags & Fawn backpacks that do not include Dust Bag and/or are folded will incur a 20% restock fee deducted from the refund amount.
- If a coupon code was used for a discount or for free merchandise and your order falls below the minimum dollar threshold required to receive the free merchandise, the free merchandise must be returned unwashed/unused in original packaging or the value of the free merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If a discount was used, it will also be deducted from your refunded amount. If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from all returnsprocessed for a refund. Returns for store credit will not incur a deduction for the original shipping costs.
- You must contact Mountains and Meadows Co at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your merchandise.
- Please note that Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend that you purchase package insurance and tracking/delivery confirmation to ensure that your package is delivered to us. Mountains and Meadows Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered packages.
- Once we receive your package and all returned items are in returnable condition, we will issue you back your funds in the same method used to pay for your order.
- Diapers must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, clean, and free of smoke, pet hair, or any smells or odors.
- Used, washed diapers may not be returned.
- Swimwear may not be returned.
- Underwear/Boxers may not be returned.
- Custom/Pre-order items are made to order. May not be returned
Processing of a refund may take up to 7 business days.
- Items such as cloth diapers, cloth diaper inserts, wet bags, underwear, swimwear, Sale items including but not limited to: Warehouse Sale, Black Friday- Cyber Monday sales, seconds sale items, and pre-orders and custom items cannot be returned.
