Exchanges
If you purchased your item within 30 days, we are happy to offer an exchange for a change of mind or incorrect sizing. To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The original tags must remain attached to the product.
  • Proof of purchase is required (physical receipt, digital receipt, or gift receipt).
  • The product must be in original condition, meaning it is free of any odours, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, rips, or stains. Items must be unwashed, show no signs of wear or tear, and include original packaging (if applicable).

If you are exchanging for an item of higher value, you will be responsible for the additional charge. If exchanging for an item of lesser value, we will refund the difference either to the original card used for purchase or onto a gift card. Cash refunds are not available.

Returns
If you purchased your item within 30 days and wish to return it for a change of mind or incorrect sizing, the same conditions apply as for exchanges:

  • The original tags must remain attached to the product.
  • Proof of purchase is required (physical receipt, digital receipt, or gift receipt).
  • The product must be in original condition as described above.

Returns can be processed to the original card used for purchase or onto a gift card. Cash refunds are not available.

Return Policy for Items Returned by Post

To initiate a return by post, you must obtain authorization from Mountains and Meadows Co. Please email us at mountainsandmeadowsco@gmail.com with the relevant information before returning your merchandise. We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date of your item to request a return.

Once your items are dropped off at the postal service, Mountains & Meadows is no longer liable for their condition. If a product arrives damaged or is lost, you will need to contact the shipping agent (e.g., Canada Post) for resolution. We will provide the necessary information to assist with your claim, but please note that this will be a courier claim and is not eligible for an immediate refund through Mountains & Meadows.

 

Return Requests:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the received date (the date the item is marked as "delivered" to the shipping address you provided).
  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. If you choose a shipping option without tracking, the 30-day period begins from the date Mountains & Meadows ships your package, not the delivery date.

Condition of Returned Items: We only accept returns for new, unused, and unwashed items in their original condition, meaning they are free of any odours, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable). We do not accept returns on items that show wear and tear.

Special Conditions:

  • Weekender Bags and Fawn Backpacks must include the dust bag to qualify for a full refund.
  • These bags must be mailed in a package that accommodates the full bag without folding. If they are not included or are folded, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Discounts and Free Merchandise: If a coupon code was used, and your order total falls below the minimum required for free merchandise, that merchandise must be returned in original packaging and unused, or its value will be deducted from your refund. Any discounts applied will also be deducted.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We highly recommend purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation to ensure your package reaches us. Mountains and Meadows Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered packages.

Refund Process: Once we receive your package and confirm that all returned items are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Errors and Claims: In the event of an error on our part, such as a broken item not caused during transit or missing items, we will cover the cost of reshipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return costs.

  • First and Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Invoice Number/Order Number or a copy of your receipt
  • Description of the item to be returned
  • Reason for return
  • Any relevant pictures

 

 

Price Adjustments
Sale prices are subject to change at the discretion of Mountains & Meadows. Prices may change daily, weekly, or monthly without prior notice. If you purchased an item at full price and it later goes on sale, we do not offer price adjustments.

Warranty Policy

Mountains & Meadows does not cover warranty issues related to defective products, manufacturing defects, or similar concerns. These claims must be directed to the brand of the item. Exclusions from Return Policy

For hygienic reasons, the following items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Pacifiers
  • Teethers
  • Cloth diapers and inserts
  • Wet bags
  • Liquids, lotions, and similar products without a protective seal
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Nasal aspirators
  • Breast pumps (including Haakaa)
  • Nursing pads
