Canadian Ecosystem - Black Bear

Our collection of ecosystem information boards are a wonderful introduction to some of iconic animals found in Canada. Each board is engraved, using NSW Foundation Font, with details of the insects name, where they live, what they eat and an interesting fact about them.  The beautiful images are printed on the outer side of the perspex, giving them a unique 3D effect. Timber stands are not included in the set.

Why not take them out into the garden or for the walk? look through the Ecosystem and place the animal in various settings. Using these boards is a great way to teach children about Canadian animals’ ecosystem – how a community of plants, animals and smaller organisms live, feed, reproduce and interact in the same area.

Made using 3 mm plywood and 3 mm perspex, this is an all Australian Made and Owned product.

Every piece of wood used is slightly different in colour, texture and grain. The naturally occurring imperfections seen in the timber (e.g knots, colour changes, etc) cannot be removed. These pieces of timber are cut on an engraver and will have slight burnt marks on the edges on some sides.
