Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You can return unwanted items for an exchange or store credit only, unless the product is damaged or defective. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

ALL ITEMS PUCHASED ON SALE/CLEARANCE IS FINAL. No exchanges or refunds will be issued.

To start a return, you can contact us at: mountainsandmeadowsco@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders, pre orders or personalized items), and personal care goods & personal hygiene (such as beauty products and swimwear). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. We do not offer cash back on giftcards.

Exchanges
If you have purchased your item within 30 days, We are happy to provide an exchange for change of mind or wrong sizing, Original tags must be on the product and the product is unwashed and shows no wear/tear and must have original receipt or gift receipt for proof of purchase

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the items are damaged or an operational error on our behalf the return shipping cost will be on us.

Mountains and Meadows is not responsible for damages that may occur during your wash and stain treatment. The use of chemical treatments, stain pens, tough scrubbing, etc. may weaken/discolor/damage the fabric and buttons and is not considered a manufacturer defect covered under our replacement warranty.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All discounted items are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Bogo/sale/clearance items are not eligible for exchanges however, on regular price items, please consider the following: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
